Yes! Our self-service gifting portal offers e-gifts, so all you need is their email address. They’ll receive a gift notification and enter their preferred shipping address.

There's no strict minimum to start a corporate gift order, but volume discounts apply once you reach 50 or more gifts, with larger discounts at higher tiers (discounts anywhere from 10%-20%). Submit your estimated quantity through the corporate gifting form and the team will confirm your discount tier before you finalize the order.

Yes! Kosterina can ship corporate gift orders directly to each recipient's individual address or to a single location so you can distribute them on your own. You'll specify this and provide the recipient list when you submit the corporate gifting order form; standard shipping rates may apply.

Yes, for all Kosterina orders, we allow customers to include a gift note on the packing slip (paper) included in the order free of charge. Customized gift notes come on a 4in x 6in postcard. All notes must be the same text for all recipients.

Custom gift wrapping messaging is available for orders over 200 units. You can choose to customize either our 2 Bottle Gift Box or 3 Bottle Gift Boxes. Please note that only select products fit in each box. This comes with additional lead times and pricing will be determined based on final quantities ordered. To learn more, mention your interest in customization in the "Notes" field of the order form or by emailing groupgifting@kosterina.sbs.

There is no firm cutoff, but we recommend placing your orders early. It is most common to submit your order and request a later desired ship date. In order for gifts to leave our warehouse we must have payment information and all recipients' details needed to fulfill the order. Bulk orders are not shipped same-day: please allow up to 7 days from confirmation for your order to leave our warehouse, then 3-5 business days for delivery with standard shipping.
